Air Seychelles has resumed commercial passenger flights between Mumbai and Seychelles, under the air bubble agreement with India. The island nation is the second foreign destination after Maldives to open tourism and allow visitors within its borders.

The Air Seychelles flights departing from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport will operate on Thursdays and Sundays, while return flights from Seychelles are scheduled on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Considering the high demand for travel, the airline also plans to connect to more cities within India. With Seychelles now open to visitors, the airline will continue to build awareness about its products, services, and attractive fares on offer.

All travellers to the Seychelles, regardless of vaccination status, must present a negative RT- PCR test certificate taken 72 hours prior and complete the mandatory Health Travel Authorization at www.seychelles.govtas.com.

Travellers will not undergo quarantine on arrival but will have to wear a face mask in public places and ensure social distancing. However, travellers to Mumbai with negative Covid-19 test will need to self-report and undergo 14 days home quarantine upon arrival.

Further, with Air Seychelles having resumed Mumbai operations with twice weekly departures, the airline is also promoting special fares from Mumbai to Seychelles starting INR 33,600 Economy Class and INR 75,000 Business Class all-inclusive fares.
